Requirements of the Payroll Administrator candidate:
- Previous experience processing high volumes of payroll
- Experience running payroll in-house
- Knowledge of payroll taxes
- Excellent computer skills
- Payroll experience for unions and/or the construction industry is a plus
- Highly organized and confident in prioritizing tasks
Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator position:
- Process high volumes of payroll (2500 associates every week)
- Run payroll in-house and process checks
- Calculate payroll taxes, garnishments, and deductions
- Adhere to state and federal laws and policies
- Maintain detailed records
