Join us as a Dispatch Assistant in Walbridge, OH- Where every call counts! The Advance Group is currently seeking a Dispatch Assistant for a construction company located in Walbridge, OH. The ideal candidate will possess previous Administrative or Customer Service experience and excellent communication skills.  Compensation for the Dispatch Assistant candidate: $20/hr Hours for the Dispatch Assistant candidate: Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Possible overtime during extreme weather conditions Requirements of the Dispatch Assistant candidate: Administrative or Customer Service experience Good with Microsoft Office and Excel Attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace Excellent Communication skills Highly organized and confident in prioritizing tasks Outgoing, personality, and team-oriented Responsibilities of the Dispatch Assistant position: Answer phones and assist customers with service needs Communicate with repair technicians regarding repair and installation of services Schedule repairs Review and respond to e-mail and telephone inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner Maintain detailed records Relay pertinent information to Dispatchers in order to facilitate service repairs Apply today!
